The Branch Manager is not simply overseeing a location.
They are responsible for protecting standards, coordinating people, growing opportunities, maintaining operational flow, and helping shape how the JUE ecosystem is experienced within a city, division, or region.

From partnerships and staffing to live activations and operational systems, the Branch Manager helps ensure the branch operates with alignment, professionalism, and long-term vision.
Responsibilities
- Operations & Management
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations
- Ensure operational systems function effectively
- Coordinate workflows across departments and teams
- Maintain execution standards across experiences and activations
- Support logistical planning and operational readiness
Team Leadership
- Coordinate and guide branch teams
- Assist with onboarding and team development
- Help maintain healthy workplace culture and communication
- Supervise operational staff and activation crews
- Identify leadership potential within teams
Experience Oversight
- Ensure guest and client experiences align with JUE standards
- Support event execution and operational delivery
- Monitor branch presentation and brand consistency
- Assist with quality control across activations
Growth & Partnerships
- Build relationships with local businesses, creatives, venues, and collaborators
- Identify partnership and growth opportunities
- Support business development initiatives
- Help strengthen JUE presence within the city/region
Reporting & Strategy
- Track operational performance and branch activities
- Provide reports and strategic feedback to leadership
- Assist with branch planning and scaling initiatives
- Help improve systems and operational efficiency
